This wedding meant the world to me. Marci was my kids' preschool teacher nearly a decade ago, right about the time she met Nathan. Over the years we maintained contact and she did occasional babysitting for my kids. She's one of those incredible ladies you just adore right off the bat because she's got a megawatt smile coupled with a bubbly personality and a heart of gold. They just don't come better than sweet Marci. When I did her engagement shoot a few months ago, it was my first time meeting Nathan in person. Even though they'd been through thick and thin over nearly a decade together I still had to give him the protective "once over" and was delighted to no end when I saw the monumental love they shared. Even after all those years together, they had insane chemistry coupled with the natural ease and comfort of two people who have been together a really long time. I was instantly smitten with them as a couple and incredibly jazzed to be able to photograph their authentic love for each other at their upcoming wedding. You can view the images from the post for their engagement shoot HERE.
Fast forward a few months and tadaaaaaaa the big day has arrived! The wedding took place on Marci's mom & stepdad's home/horse stables/farm/property which could not have possibly provided a more intimate, fun, and beautiful backdrop on this perfect evening. Marci was positively glowing and ALL SMILES the entire night. Nathan was beaming and quite obviously emotional about the importance of this day. Their supporting friends and family could not have been more excited and happy for them. I suppose waiting for 10 years for this magical day would make anyone giddy! Lol!
All that said, it was absolutely fairytale like from start to finish. All the little personal touches added to the beauty of the day. The wedding was sweet and emotional while the celebration was all about fun and festivities!
I'm so honored to have been able to capture these moments for them. I've attached below a slideshow of a few highlights from the day and evening.
CONGRATULATIONS Marci & Nathan! I wish you a lifetime of love and joy! ENJOY your sneak peek!
